Odd you should say that, Miss D. I've just had a message on face book from a granddaughter now in technically grown up (19) asking me if I could remeber a song I made up for her when she was starting school. Well I could and did, of course. But it surprised me that she could remember it. As you say the best childhood memories are often the simplest.
