The chap who runs this place is a well known chef and teaches cookery. I think the bike parked outside (and laden with vegetables and fruit) must belong to one of his students.
Ann says the bicycle belongs to the owner of The Cooking experience, and that on Market Day (Friday) he cycles to the market and buys vegetables and fruit for the day's lesson, for which Lori, he charges what I think are exhorbitant prices. Still, if you want to come and take lessons at the Cooking Experience, you'd be very welcome to our spare bedroom for the duration.
